MTA 2025 Election and Annual Meeting

Location: Raven Hall, Alaska State Fairgrounds

One director will be elected to the MTA Board in the upcoming 2025 election. Applications and all required attachments for the Nominating Committee’s review must be received (not postmarked) by 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2025.

Members may also petition to have their names on the ballot. Applications and all required attachments for petition must be received (not postmarked) by 5:00 p.m., March 21, 2025.

MTA members who are interested in submitting a Board Candidate Application can download the fillable candidate application (.pdf) using the link below or call (907) 761-2608 to make arrangements to pick up a printed copy. Election packets will be mailed on May 7, 2025 and will include:

Password Postcard Mailer: this postcard will be mailed separately from the election packet. If you choose to vote online, it contains your password required for online voting.
