Valorant Open Season
After exploring a Valorant off season exhibition tournament, we are happy to announce Valorant is joining the lineup of titles available to play this season. The gaming community in Alaska showed up strong, and we want to keep feeding that fire. This season of the only Alaskan Valorant League will surely be a great time.
League Rules
- 6 rounds, 1 every Monday
- Each round is a best of 3
- The result of each round will affect each team’s League Standings
- The Top 6 teams advance to Finals Week
- Additional rules can be found in the MTA Gaming Discord
Finals Rules
- Teams seeded #1 and #2 receive a BYE
- Teams seeded #3, #4, #5, and #6 will competed in a best of 3 format
- Losers will be eliminated
- Top 4 teams advance to the Grand Finals
Grand Finals Rules
- Initial Match: Best of 3 for the top 4 teams
- Third Place Decider: Best of 3 losers bracket to determine 3rd place
- Championship: Best of 5 to decide 1st and 2nd place
Every Tuesday Night
7:30 - 10:00 pm
Regular Season: September 18th - October 27th. The top 8 teams/players will advance to Finals Week based on standings
Finals Week: October 30th - November 4th. The top 4 teams/players advance to Grand Finals based on standings.
Grand Finals Weekend: November 5th - Sunday starts ~15:00pm- ~18:30pm Our champions are crowned and earn part of the $20,001 prize pool.
